Challenged by a rectangular -shaped site, the team studied several alternatives for developing an interesting layout with and without using atriums. The client ultimately selected a scheme that creates a cubic feel to maximize on the usable floor plate area. But the same was juxtaposed by carving out smaller terraces at the 2nd & the 6th floors, letting them act as the most needed sky court.
Extensive solar analyses and shading studies enabled the team to determine the appropriate amount of glazing for the building
